Completion of two or more years of a varsity or JV sport
Have a membership with the BMHSAA in good standing (Dues has been paid each year a sport was played)
One BMHS Athletic Association Meeting attended per year. (Starting with the class of 2029 it will be one meeting per season a sport was played.)
Six volunteer hours completed by parents per year
Submit a one paragraph essay where you provide an example that demonstrates your leadership qualities
Submit a letter of recommendation from a BMHS teacher (not guidance counselor)
Submit a letter of recommendation from a BMHS coach
