HOW TO PAY YOUR FAMILY'S MEMBERSHIP DUES:

OPTION 1: Fill out online form then VENMO $25 to @BMHS-AthleticAssociation (Please include student athlete(s) name)

OPTION 2: Fill out printable form and give the form & payment to your Team Rep or mail your form & check made payable to the BMHSAA, 35 River Street, Billerica, MA 01821
